What are your customer support business hours?

Our friendly customer support team is here for you from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm ET, and on weekends from 8 am to 5 pm ET. We're always happy to assist with any questions or needs you have!

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Simply select your appliance, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Do you offer financing options?

We understand that buying home appliances is a significant investment, and we're committed to making it more manageable for you. That's why we're thrilled to offer flexible financing options through our trusted partner ShopPay.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We're excited to get your order to you! Here's what you can expect:

For MRCOOL Products:  Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 p.m. EST ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive 3 to 4 business days thereafter, with additional time for backordered items and potential carrier delays. Freight LTL Shipping does not include inside delivery, and transit times begin once the order leaves the warehouse.

For other products:

- FedEx / UPS Ground deliveries typically arrive in 4-6 business days.
- For FedEx / UPS Freight and other LTL shipments, please allow 4-12 business days.

Please note, these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location.

Will you contact me before delivery of my products?

For bulky items such as appliances or anything over 155 pounds, we utilize LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time, and someone must be on hand to sign for the delivery. 

For compact items, you will be provided with a tracking number upon your product shipping, and the shipping carrier will safely deliver the order directly to the front of your residence or establishment. 

How will my order be delivered? 

Unless otherwise arranged between you and Home Warehouse, deliveries are made curbside. This means that your products will be delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway or the front of your establishment. Please note that the delivery service does not include bringing items inside your home or establishment. You will need to make arrangements to move the items from the curbside to your desired location. This policy ensures a smooth and efficient delivery process.

What happens if my product is delivered damaged?

If you notice obvious damage to the box upon delivery, please take clear photographs of the damaged packaging, decline to accept the package, and ensure to record the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Then, promptly email sales@homewarehouse.com with your name and order number to inform our Customer Service team of the situation.  Pleas see our full policy regarding damaged products.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Returns and Refunds

What happens if I want to return or exchange my product? 

We're here to help if you need to make a return! Here's what to keep in mind:

  • Returns are welcome within 30 days for products that are uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • A minimum 15% restocking fee applies, with some brand-specific fees or additional return shipping costs possible.

We aim to make your return process smooth and hassle-free!

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive, inspect, and process your returned or exchanged item in our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take at least five business days to appear on your account statement.
